1. It's comprehensive. It might be called Shoulder Resilience, but you can’t get through this program without also seeing significant improvements in your arms, back, and trunk. We wanted to leave no stone unturned.

2. Many aspects of the program are customizable, so you get to tailor the program to fit your specific goals and needs.


*Frozen shoulder is not the focus of this program. However, individuals in the “thawing” phase attempting to regain full range of motion and strength may benefit from the recommendations provided.

Shoulder Resilience includes FIVE different programs:

1. Basic Program. This program requires minimal equipment and time, but don’t let the name fool you – it is highly effective. This program can be performed independently or used to complement another program you’re performing.

2. Intermediate Program. This program is designed for those interested in a comprehensive upper body routine but are newer to upper body resistance training.

3. Advanced Program. This program is designed for those interested in a comprehensive upper body routine to maximize strength, muscle mass, and range of motion and who have prior experience with upper body resistance training.

4. Athlete Program. This 2-day comprehensive upper body program also includes sport-specific shoulder exercises.

5. Advanced Athlete Program. If you want to perform sport-specific shoulder exercises but need 3 days of training and more volume to achieve your goals, this program has you covered.

Equipment requirements vary by program. At a minimum, you will need bands or dumbbells. However, access to a home gym or commercial gym is preferred. For programs that include sport-specific exercises, additional equipment is required, such as medicine balls, exercise balls, or small, handheld balls.
