If you’re trying to optimize your recovery, maximize your performance, or reduce your risk of future injury, this program is for you. It might be called Knee Resilience, but you can’t get through this program without also seeing significant improvements in your feet, ankles, hips, and trunk.
The program is 12 weeks in length, but it’s scalability and versatility allows it to be performed multiple times while continuing to make progress.
The program is designed to be performed at least 2 days per week, with the option of a third training session.
Each training session is 25 to 75 minutes depending on your chosen rest times, current phase of the program, and exercise selection. Some aspects of the program are optional, so you can customize it to fit your availability, preferences, and goals.
It is not recommended your first time through as this program is challenging and comprehensive, especially if you train 3 days per week and include the optional exercise categories.
