Resilience

"The capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness."

Have you been struggling with lingering hip, groin, or buttock pain?

Do you need help recovering from a new hip, groin, or buttock injury?

Do you want to improve the strength, mobility, and control of your hips to enhance your function and performance?

Do you want to reduce your risk of injury?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this program is for you!

Hip Resilience was designed by Doctors of Physical Therapy who stay up-to-date with the latest research and work with fitness enthusiasts of all ages and levels. There are no fads or gimmicks in this program. Our only goal is to empower you to overcome your setbacks and crush your goals.

Empowerment

“The process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life.”

Does the program cover these common diagnoses?

Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI) / Hip Impingement
Hip Bursitis / Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome / Gluteal Tendinopathy
Hip Osteoarthritis
Labral Tears
Hip Flexor Muscle Injuries
Adductor/Groin Muscle Injuries
Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy
Piriformis Syndrome / Deep Gluteal Syndrome

All of these conditions are discussed in the program. The program covers most hip-related issues for 2 reasons:

1. The program is comprehensive. We wanted to leave no stone unturned.

2. Many aspects of the program are customizable, so you get to tailor the program to fit your specific goals and needs. Most exercise categories also have varying levels of progressions, so you can work through the program at your own pace.

How will this program help you?

Our exercise selection and programming are based on the research, our experience working with thousands of people like you in-person and online over the years, and our desire to help you become more confident, capable, and resilient. By progressing through this program, you should notice significant improvements in the strength, range of motion, and stability of your hips, as well as your trunk, knees, and ankles.

We want you to feel confident when walking your dog, picking up your child, or planning that fun trip with family.

We want you to feel more than capable of performing squats and deadlifts in the gym, golfing with friends, or going on that long hike on the weekend.

We want you to feel more resilient than ever before, so you’re not constantly thinking about your hip or letting it control certain aspects of your life.

We want movement for you to become thoughtless and fearless.

If you didn’t know where to start or how to move forward, we’ve taken the guesswork out for you.
