Based on the research and our experience working with thousands of people like you in-person and online over the years, the exercises were selected to target the risk factors and impairments associated with lateral ankle sprains and chronic ankle instability. By progressing through this program, you should notice improvements in static and dynamic balance, ankle stability and proprioception, ankle range of motion, and strength of the muscles around the foot, ankle, knee, and hip, which all translate to better function and reduced risk of injury.

It’s designed to improve your strength, range of motion, stability, and balance. It might be called Ankle Resilience, but you can’t get through this program without also seeing significant improvements in your feet, knees, and hips.
The program is 16 weeks in length, but its scalability and versatility allows it to be performed multiple times while continuing to make progress.
The program should be performed 3 days per week with at least 1 day of rest between each training session.
Each training session is approximately 15 to 60 minutes depending on your chosen rest times, current phase of the program, and exercise selection. Many aspects of the program are customizable, so you can tailor the training sessions to fit your availability, preferences, and goals.
