If you’re trying to optimize your recovery, maximize your performance, or reduce your risk of future injury, this program is for you. It’s designed to improve your strength, range of motion, stability, and balance. It might be called Ankle Resilience, but you can’t get through this program without also seeing significant improvements in your feet, knees, and hips.
The program is 12 weeks in length, but it’s scalability and versatility allows it to be performed multiple times while continuing to make progress.
There are 3 training sessions per week.
Each training session is 30 to 60 minutes depending on your chosen rest times and current phase of the program.
Yes, preferably on the days you’re not performing this program.
It is not recommended your first time through as this program was specifically designed to improve your ankle stability. If you have other goals (quad hypertrophy, squat 1RM, etc.), it’s better to focus on those after you’ve completed this program. However, we do provide recommendations if you’d like to do both.
